At we believe that helping others is fundamental, not only in work environment, but also in life in general.
As part of our yearly initiatives, we aim at providing our colleagues with opportunities to participate in charitable causes. For our annual Christmas charity bazar, we have decided to support “Get ready to succeed” – a scholarship program for excellent pupils at 11th and 12th grade as well as to students at state universities, having lost one or both parents, or having grown up at specialized institutions.
We recognize the importance of Growth as part of our values, and are happy to be able to support young and bright people in their future development.

The employees of Milestone support Get Ready to Succeed
The scholarships of Get Ready to Succeed programme are for outstanding students in grades 11 and 12, as well as students in state educational institutions who have lost one or both parents or were raised in a specialized institution.
Get Ready to Succeed is a program by the BCause Foundation, established in 2006.The scholarships are entirely funded by donations, with academic performance being the primary criterion for selection. We support young people not merely because they face challenges in life but because they have exceptional achievements, excellent grades, and are determined, motivated, and proactive.
Through this program, our scholarship recipients not only have the opportunity to continue their education but also receive support for starting their careers and connecting with leading employers.
The minimum required grade point average is over 5.00 for university students and over 5.50 for school students.
The scholarship amounts are:1,500 BGN for high school students in grades 11 and 12,3,000 BGN for university students,5,100 BGN for sixth-year medical students.
Over 19 years, a total of 2,028 annual scholarships have been awarded, amounting to a total of 3,237,200 BGN.
